For the care of the neglected, destitute and disable older persons, SDRC, Phouden has been running one Day Care Centre (Multi Service Centre) at Singa Mayai Leikai, Phouden since the beginning of the December, 1998 for 50 aged persons under the financial assistance from the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi under the guide line of the Ministry.

MISSION VATSALYA (OPEN SHELTER HOME FOR CHILDREN IN NEED IN URBAN & SEMI-URBAN AREAS):- ST, SC, OBC, minorities and general communities. Since inception, SDRC has been working for the welfare of the poor, weaker and downtrodden - especially women, children, youths and aged persons in rural areas.

Vision: Mainstream marginalized sections through inclusive social, educational & economical interventions.

SHAKTI SHADAN

In the aims of extents temporary shelter and rehabilitation to those women and girls who have no social support system due to family problems, mental strains, social ostracism, exploitation and other causes, SDRC, Phouden has been running Shakti Shadan earlier Swadhar Greh Home ( Short stay Home) at Mayang Imphal Bangoon, Imphal West.
